Orders
How do I place an order online?
- Select a Product
- Choose Preferred Size
- Select Quantity.
- Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
- Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
- After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
- Input the required details.
- Click ‘Create an account for later use’ if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.
- Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD)
- Click on “Confirm ORDER” once you’ve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the “Thank You” page.
- Check your email for an Order summary
- you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@ruqqs.com
Are prices offered online and in stores the same?
How do I search for an item on the website?

How can I check the status of my Order?
You can check the status of your order in two ways:
- Click on the “Orders Status” section in your account
- Click on ‘Track Your Order’ in the Information Section located in the Footer and inputting required details

How can I pay for my Order?
You can pay for your Order via two payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery – available all over Pakistan.
- Online Payment – Visa & Master Card, Debit & Credit Cards
